Order processing and Delivery
Orders processed in placement order
Standing orders are picked first
Most orders processed within 24 hours Monday – Thursday.
Delivery by courier at cost. Customer pays delivery
Local orders are despatched at 9am and arrive in the afternoon. (Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast)
Rest of Queensland may not arrive until the following morning.
Interstate orders are despatched by refrigerated transport.
Orders can be collected from the farm by yourself or your own courier by prior arrangement.

New Customers

New customers supplied on a Payment on Delivery basis.
Accounts may be established by filling in the Account Application form on our website. References must be provided

We offer 14 day accounts to customers who have applied for and been approved for a credit account. Late payment of accounts will render your credit account closed and supply will be strictly COD.
Payment is via electronic funds transfer (EFT). Ensure the invoice number is given as the reference.

Warranty

All stock supplied by Djirang Plantation is supplied in good faith and in the best condition available at the time of harvest. If you have a legitimate issue regarding stock, send a photo and a description of the problem by text or email within 24 hours of delivery otherwise no responsibility will be accepted by Djirang Plantation. We will respond immediately and do our best to rectify any problems.

Delivery

Djirang Plantation takes no responsibility for delivery delays or damage by other courier services. Any issues relating to delays in delivery or damage due to delivery, must be taken up directly with the delivery service.
